The principals of Great Space have over 35 years of combined real estate experience, with a heavy focus for many of those years on the self storage industry. Great Space was founded by Brian Geidner and Charlie Sample who joined forces to work together on their first self storage project in 2007 in Bonita Springs, FL. Over the last combined 35 years they have individually participated in the development and or construction of over 25 facilities in 8 states.

Great Space Storage is GREEN. We use recycled products at our facilities, and fluorescent lighting which dramatically reduces the amount of energy we use and saves carbon dioxide.
